The Nursing Supervisor, who is a registered nurse, will act as the clinical manager for the patient. The nursing supervisor will work with the family and the primary doctor to create a plan of treatment. Once this plan of treatment is in place, the nursing supervisor will ensure the nursing staff assigned to the patient is oriented and proficient in the technical skills required to properly care for each patient and will follow the plan of treatment accordingly. The Staffing Coordinator will schedule all of the nurses needed to provide coverage for the patient. Monthly schedules will be provided. The Respiratory Therapist will consult with our nursing staff as needed for additional training for new equipment, as each patient's needs may change over time.
